Take a Bird Watching & Nature Lovers Tour from Phoenix and view a variety of species at the Hassayampa River Preserve in Wickenburg. The Preserve has been a bird and nature lover's paradise since being purchased by The Nature Conservancy in 1986.

Over 280 species of heron, green heron, and pied-billed grebe have been spotted at this location. Some of Arizona's rarest raptors perch atop the massive trees along the river, like the zone-tailed hawk, common black-hawk, and more common Harris's and Cooper's hawks.

You will have several hours to view & photograph the wonderful birds and wildlife at the Preserve before enjoying a complimentary lunch at the Cowboy Cafe in Wickenburg. After lunch, your guide will show you a few sights in the city including the Jail Tree and Wishing Well.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
